Mission

Island Snacks provides premium snacks that satisfy every craving. From scrumptious salted cashews to delicious yogurt-coated pretzels, Mexican pumpkin seeds to tropical fruit mix; each of our expertly-crafted treats is as yummy as the last. Every snack is delivered in our brightly colored, eye-catching packaging; designed to capture attention, and provide a healthy snack option for men and women, children and adults alike. Of course, we perform all roasting, seasoning, and blending onsite to ensure ultimate freshness.

History

Island Snacks was founded in 1982 by a family of immigrants; deeply rooted in a love of community, and a belief in the importance of truly delicious food. The company’s passion and integrity has been key in building its outstanding reputation; keeping happy customers coming back again and again.

After arriving in the United States, the family set up shop just across from Chapman University Campus, in the historical section of Orange City, CA. Here, they began creating mouthwatering, Hispanic-inspired snacks, and crafting delicious specialty items specifically catered to the area’s culturally diverse communities.

Each family member was an integral part of the business – even the youngsters ran home to lend a helping hand after school. It wasn’t long before the quality, variety, and value of Island Snack’s products began to spread. Word was out, and everyone wanted a bite of these delicious morsels.

Island Snacks continued to flourish. And in 2002, the youngest daughter became president and CEO; using her knowledge of the family business and natural skills to expand Island Snack’s potential and reach. It was an exciting time, and the company began to pick up momentum and popularity.

In 2007, Island Snacks moved to a larger facility to accommodate quickly growing demand; and then relocated to an even bigger facility in 2012, acquiring state-of-the-art equipment to increase the speed and quality of production. Soon, the Island Snacks brand was available in top chains across the country.

And the adventure continues. Today, Island Snacks is a recognized international brand represented both across the United States, and around the globe. We proudly provide the best tasting, most original, low calorie nuts, candies, and snacks to happy eaters like you.
